How do you paint when it’s zero degrees Timmy?

Cycling through Oxford at the start of my Camino...
Meeting the Vicar of Dibley!

It was the start of Feb and the arctic polar blast was howling down across Europe. In Oxford our lips were blue and the gloves no use.

I needed a hot cuppa and a place by the window, because the view was stunning. Christchurch college is also home the Cathedral in Oxford and Cafe Loco opposite has a wonderful view of the low winter sun illuminating the warm Cotswold stone. It was a fabulous view and no sooner had the tea arrived than I got out my watercolours and set to work.

I refuse to let the weather stop me working!
